History
Founded in 2010 to invest in alternative assets on behalf of one family, East Bay, along with its affiliates, has since grown to represent an expansive group of investment partners, develop and invest in properties spanning 2mm square feet, and found operating companies currently employing over 800 associates across multiple sectors and markets.

Through vertical integration, we capture value across the supply chain, limit variables, and optimize operations at every level. From an investment perspective, we prioritize alignment of interests by conservatively capitalizing opportunities on a deal-by-deal basis directly whereby investment decisions are made with real time information and returns are protected from dilutive intermediaries. Our founder-led approach ensures investments fall within our circle of competence and managed by resilient leaders with a proven track record and proper incentive to create lasting, sustainable value for our stakeholders.
