History

Founded in 2010 to invest in alternative assets on behalf of one family, East Bay, along with its affiliates, has since grown to represent an expansive group of investment partners, develop and invest in properties spanning 2mm square feet, and found operating companies currently employing over 1,000 team members across multiple sectors and markets.
